This school year, Academia Los Pinares had the privilege of hosting the 2024 ABSH Track and Field Competition, an event that brought together 14 schools from different regions of the country. For four days, our campus and the Villa OlĂmpica complex were the scene of a true sports festival that celebrated effort, discipline, and teamwork.
The competition began on Wednesday, October 9, with the exciting cross-country race held on our campus, followed by an opening ceremony in the gymnasium, where we had the presence of sponsors and an atmosphere full of enthusiasm. From Thursday onwards, the rest of the activities took place in the Villa OlĂmpica, where 451 athletes competed in 105 events. It was an intense three days, but the joy and gratitude of the delegations and their families for the organization and the care taken in every detail made all the effort worthwhile.
In addition to demonstrating their physical and mental capacity in each test, the athletes enjoyed a safe environment full of camaraderie among the participating schools. We were accompanied by an ideal climate that allowed the students to give their best in each competition.
